The latest edition features improved integration with Final Cut Pro X, a new Timeline FX workflow, integrated 3D tracker and support for UltraStudio Thunderbolt devices, to name a few. Not only are there new features and updates to performance, but it is now more accessible to a wider user base with affordable monthly, quarterly and annual subscription plans. FCPX is still an island, with no way to send sections of your timeline (yes, I know you can send single clips with a free app, but let’s be honest, that’s not the workflow we need) to Motion for graphics, etc, and Mediaposer still focuses on what it does best. Editing. So, as a Mediaposer editor, what do I do? Do I switch to FCPX or Premiere Pro? No. Editing is not the issue. I can cut lightning quick in Mediaposer. My problem is the 2K/4K finishing (graphicspositing, color grading, etc), which Mediaposer lacks. We may use in-product tools to collect information about your use of our trial product (for example: which features are used, time spent using the product).
